Pre- and Post-Workout Meals
B. Shannon writes: "I'm having trouble adjusting to a new workout and schedule…[and] finding a breakfast that has enough carbs and protein to keep me going for an hour of hard workouts without sitting in my stomach like a lead weight. I'd also like some post-workout ideas to help keep me from going hypo." Offer suggestions and help B. out here.
